Shut down your PS4 controller b y pressing and holding its power button for 5 seconds. Unplug all of the console’s cables for 5 minutes. Unplug the USB cable from the controller. Press and hold the console’s power button for 30 seconds to drain leftover energy. Plug all of the cables back. Connect your controller to the console using a usb cable.
